These cubes have that perfect springy chew that holds up even after sitting in the fridge overnight. I tossed a few spoonfuls into halo-halo and the syrup was just sweet enough without being cloying.

The cubes are firm and chewy, exactly what I wanted for halo-halo, and they hold their texture without turning mushy. The 340g jar is a decent size for two or three desserts, and the green color looks nice mixed in with the other toppings.
