The bottle is tiny, but a little genuinely goes a long way—I only used a teaspoon for my whole batch of cookies, and the ube taste came through beautifully. The color it gives off is that perfect vibrant purple, exactly what I wanted for my dessert.
The 20ml bottle is small but surprisingly potent—a few drops gave my frosting that unmistakable ube flavor and a nice lavender tint without being overpowering. I've already used it in two batches of cookies and it's become a pantry staple for me.
I made a batch of purple yam cupcakes and that 20ml bottle was just the right size for a few test batches. The ube flavor came through clearly without being too overpowering, and the dessert had that authentic taste I was hoping for. Will definitely grab another one once this runs out.
