紫芋椰絲醬 - 紫山藥泥與椰子（Ube）

I've been making halo-halo and ube spread at home, the coconut really comes through and makes it taste like what my lola used to make. The color alone is so vivid it instantly makes any dessert look festive.

The texture is spot-on—thick and creamy with those little macapuno shreds throughout, exactly what my halo-halo needed. I made a batch of ube rolls and the filling held up perfectly without turning runny.

The color is a deep, gorgeous purple that instantly made my ube halaya look legit. The coconut in it adds a nice creamy sweetness that balances the ube perfectly, and it's thick enough to spread on pandesal too.
