The fine, silky-white strands cook up in just a few minutes, and they soak up broth beautifully without turning mushy. I've been using them for my goto chicken sopas and they hold their shape perfectly, even after sitting in the pot for a bit.
These noodles stay surprisingly tender even after sitting in broth for a while, which is my main test for misua. They soak up flavor well without turning into mush, perfect for the chicken mami I make on rainy days.
The silky-white texture is exactly what I remember from home—these cook up tender without getting mushy, even in a quick broth. I used them for chicken misua soup and the fine strands soaked up the flavor perfectly.
