Mr. Gulaman 無味果凍粉（綠色）

Bought a pack for my fruit salad last weekend and it set perfectly firm without any aftertaste. Just follow the ratio on the package and you'll get that bouncy texture every time.

Finally found unflavored gulaman that sets firm enough for drinks without that artificial taste. I've used it twice for halo-halo and it dissolves cleanly with no lumps, even with regular tap water.
