I usually just eyeball sauces, but this mix actually nails that sweet-savory balance without any clumps, and the packet itself is small enough to keep in the pantry for a quick weeknight fix. Lasts me about four batches of chicken, which is solid for the price.
This packet turned a plain stir-fry into something my kids actually asked for seconds on, the sauce thickened up nicely without any extra cornstarch. Even better, one sachet was enough to coat a full pound of chicken with that sweet-savory glaze we miss from our old local spot.
I just dumped a whole packet over a quick stir-fry of whatever veggies I had, and it seriously tasted like it came from a restaurant. The mix dissolves fast—no clumps—so it's a solid go-to when I need dinner on the table in fifteen minutes.
