Anna paistetulle kanallesi maukas valkosipulinen piristys tällä erikoistuneella leivitysseoksella. Aito filippiiniläinen rapeus ja rikas valkosipulin aromi. Crispy Fry in Gelderland!
My first batch of chicken came out with that legit crunchy crust I’ve been chasing—the garlic comes through in every bite without being overpowering. This mix is now a staple for my weekend frying sessions.
That garlic aroma hits you the second you open the bag, and the crunch it gives the chicken is exactly that authentic Filipino crispiness I was after. Worked great on wings for a family dinner, and everyone asked what I'd done differently.
My husband thought I'd spent hours on the fried chicken, but honestly it was this mix doing all the work—the crust came out shatteringly crisp and the garlic came through rich, not overpowering. The texture held up perfectly even on the drumsticks that sat a few extra minutes before we ate.
