I've been frying these with garlic for breakfast and they turn out perfect every time — the oil keeps the flesh moist but not greasy at all. Great protein punch for how cheap the tin is.
The can was packed full of firm, meaty fillets in clean oil, not a single crushed piece. Sautéed a tin with garlic this morning and the smell alone made my kitchen feel like home. These are a staple I’ll be ordering again.
Tossed a can into a pan with garlic for breakfast and the kitchen smelled amazing within seconds. The fish holds its shape nicely in the oil, not mushy at all, and it’s my new go‑to for a quick, filling snack.
