Sebastian Q. ★★★★★

Soft and chewy every single time, and the mix is so easy to work with that I can have a batch ready in under an hour. The 180g pack gives just the right amount for a family-sized merienda, and the texture is spot on.

John ★★★★★

I've made this three times now and each batch comes out perfectly chewy, just like the kutsinta from the market back home. The 180g pack is the right size for a small family, and I love that it only takes a few simple steps to get that classic brown rice cake texture.

Christopher Y. ★★★★★

The texture came out just right — soft and chewy like the ones from the palengke, and the mix was simple enough for a weeknight. Even my lola approved, which is the highest compliment I can give.
