The rich, slightly sweet flavor of this 550g bottle is perfect for our weekend family lunches, and the big size means I don’t have to ration it out. It’s the closest thing to the lechon sauce from the local carinderia I’ve found, and it keeps its savory kick even when used as a dip for fried chicken

We go through this stuff so fast at home that the big 550g bottle is the only size that makes sense, and the rich, savory lechon sauce flavor is spot-on every time. It's thick enough to cling to roast pork but still pours easily, which I appreciate.

The 550g bottle is a proper investment for anyone who cooks lechon or crispy pata regularly, the thickness clings to meat just right. Even my uncle, who's picky about his sawsawan, asked for the recipe after one dip.
