Uppnå den perfekta syrliga balansen med Mama Sita's Sinigang-mix. Denna autentiska filippinska tamarindsoppbas är en stapelvara i varje Pinoy-hushåll. Snabb leverans i Nederländerna.
Took one pack to make a big pot of pork sinigang for the whole family and it dissolved easily with no clumps. The tamarind flavor is bold but balanced, and the convenience of having it on hand here in the Netherlands honestly beats making broth from scratch.
The sourness is spot on—not too tangy, not flat—and it dissolves instantly in boiling water, no lumps. Came within two days here in the Netherlands, which honestly made my weekend pork sinigang happen on a whim.
Tastes exactly like the sinigang my lola used to make, that tangy sour kick is spot on. The packet is easy to portion out, and shipping here in the Netherlands was quicker than I expected.
