Molho de Mel e Alho

Brushed this over roasted carrots and it caramelized into this sticky, glossy glaze that tasted just like takeout. The balance is spot-on—sweet up front, garlicky kick at the end. Already planning to marinate chicken thighs with the rest of the bottle.

Dipped some crispy chicken strips in this and the sweetness balanced the garlic perfectly, it's got a nice thickness that clings without being sticky. The glaze on roasted carrots came out glossy and caramelized too, so it's earned a permanent spot in my fridge.
