Liker du det sterkt? Mama Sita's Hot Sinigang Mix kombinerer den tradisjonelle syrligheten fra tamarind med et krydret chilipiff. Perfekt til en trøstende reke- eller svinesinigang på en kald dag.
The sour tamarind base still comes through clearly even with the chili, so you get that classic sinigang taste with a nice burn that lingers just enough. I made it with shrimp and it turned the whole kitchen into a warm, tangy, spicy hug on a rainy Friday.
The heat level is perfect—it’s there but doesn’t drown out that classic tamarind sourness. I threw in some shrimp and it tasted like I’d simmered the broth for hours, not ten minutes.
Craving sinigang on a rainy night, this mix nailed both the sour tamarind punch and the chili kick without being overwhelming. The spice level is perfect for a pork version, and it dissolves easily into the broth with no clumps. My whole kitchen smelled amazing while it simmered.
