Elizabeth ★★★★★

The pouch size is perfect for a family dinner, and the sauce has that rich, savory mechado taste we grew up with. It’s my new weeknight cheat code when I’m too tired to braise from scratch, but the family can’t tell the difference.

I'm not usually one for shortcuts, but this sauce genuinely saved my weeknight dinner. The 200gr pack gave me enough for a full family meal, and it tasted like it was simmered for hours.

Finally, a mechado sauce that actually tastes like the one my lola used to make—no need to brown meat separately, just dump it in and simmer. The 200g pack made exactly enough for one family dinner with rice, and cleanup was a breeze since it's all in one sauce.
