Maak thuis traditionele Filipijnse gelei met Mr. Gulaman Green. Perfect voor fruitsalades en drankjes. Nu verkrijgbaar in Gelderland.
My fruit salad turned out just like the ones from the fiesta back home — the jelly keeps its shape in the fridge overnight without turning mushy. It takes a bit of patience to dissolve the powder fully, but the firm, clean texture is worth it.
Bought a pack for my fruit salad last weekend and it set perfectly firm without any aftertaste. Just follow the ratio on the package and you'll get that bouncy texture every time.
Finally found unflavored gulaman that sets firm enough for drinks without that artificial taste. I've used it twice for halo-halo and it dissolves cleanly with no lumps, even with regular tap water.
