Suka sensasi pedas? Mama Sita's Hot Sinigang Mix menggabungkan rasa asam khas asam jawa dengan sensasi pedas cabai. Cocok untuk Sinigang udang atau babi yang menghangatkan di hari yang dingin.
The sour tamarind base still comes through clearly even with the chili, so you get that classic sinigang taste with a nice burn that lingers just enough. I made it with shrimp and it turned the whole kitchen into a warm, tangy, spicy hug on a rainy Friday.
The heat level is perfect—it’s there but doesn’t drown out that classic tamarind sourness. I threw in some shrimp and it tasted like I’d simmered the broth for hours, not ten minutes.
Craving sinigang on a rainy night, this mix nailed both the sour tamarind punch and the chili kick without being overwhelming. The spice level is perfect for a pork version, and it dissolves easily into the broth with no clumps. My whole kitchen smelled amazing while it simmered.
