Hannah D. ★★★★★

Bought this for a weeknight dinner when I didn’t have time to marinate anything, and it turned out just like my lola’s adobo but with a nice burn. The 180ml bottle made enough sauce for two chicken thighs and a cup of rice, which is perfect for a quick meal.

Matthew ★★★★★

I usually mess up the vinegar-to-soy ratio when making adobo from scratch, but this spicy sauce nails it every time. One 180ml bottle easily coated a whole kilo of chicken thighs, and the heat builds just enough to keep things interesting without drowning the garlicky flavor.

Owen ★★★★★

The bottle is small but goes a long way—one splash and the whole pan tastes like it simmered for hours. I love that it's ready to use, so I can skip the measuring and still get that classic adobo punch with a nice spicy finish.
