Prepara un rico y cremoso estofado filipino de cacahuete sin esfuerzo. La mezcla de Kare-Kare de Mama Sita ofrece el tradicional sabor a nuez que encanta a toda la familia. ¡Mejor servido con bagoong!
The sauce turned out thick and velvety with zero lumps, and the nutty flavor tasted like it simmered for hours instead of minutes. My family finished the whole pot before I could even get the bagoong to the table.
Took this to a potluck and the peanut sauce turned out thick and creamy just like the description says—no one believed it came from a mix. Served it with bagoong on the side and it hit that exact comforting, savory note I grew up with. Buying another pack for next weekend.
I was skeptical about getting that rich, peanut-buttery texture from a mix, but this one thickened up beautifully and tasted just like the stew my lola makes. The packet was plenty for our family dinner, and it pairs perfectly with a side of bagoong.
