Ube-Sirup Terifico

I’ve been drizzling this over my morning coffee and it tastes like a warm, creamy ube dessert in a cup. The syrup is thick enough to blend smoothly into both hot and iced drinks without sinking to the bottom. Really glad I picked up a bottle for my weekend baking experiments too.

The bottle’s pour is nice and controlled, so I can drizzle just a little into my iced coffee without it getting messy. Mixed with milk, it gives that creamy, sweet ube flavor I was craving for my desserts.

The deep purple color alone makes my drinks look like a dessert from a café, and the sweet, creamy taste is spot-on for halo-halo. A few pumps in my milk turned it into an instant ube treat that felt genuinely authentic.
