Eine Mischung für zwei Klassiker! Ob Schweinefleisch-Menudo oder Hühner-Afritada – diese Tomatenwürze sorgt jedes Mal für authentischen philippinischen Fiesta-Geschmack.
I’ve made both the pork menudo and chicken afritada with this mix and the tomato base really nails that familiar fiesta taste without me having to measure a dozen spices. The two-in-one convenience is the best part—one packet covers two dinners, and cleanup’s a breeze.
Made the chicken afritada version tonight and the sauce came out thick and rich, just like my mom used to make. One packet is enough for a whole family dinner, so the two-in-one pack will last me two meals.
I’m usually lazy about chopping tomatoes and simmering for hours, but this mix nails that rich, savory sauce in one go. It did two dinners for us last week—pork menudo one night, chicken afritada the next—and both had that bright, authentic fiesta taste.
