The little packet takes up almost no room in my pantry, which I love since my spice drawer is chaos. Marinated some pork belly overnight and it gave that exact smoky, savory inihaw taste I grew up with.
Marinating pork belly overnight with this mix gave me that smoky, sweet-savory inihaw taste without having to blend a dozen ingredients. The powder stores flat in my pantry, which is a bonus since my spice cabinet is packed. Definitely stocking up for the next family barbecue.
The powder dissolves easily into a thick marinade, so a little packet goes a long way for a big batch of pork skewers. My kitchen smelled like a real grill night, and the meat came out juicy with that classic sweet-savory inihaw taste.
