Filipino Llanera (Leche-Flan-Form) – Aluminium-ovale Backform

The oval shape fits perfectly in my steamer and the thin aluminum heats up so evenly—my leche flan came out silky smooth with zero bubbles on the first try. It's lightweight but feels sturdy enough for repeated use.
