Lav traditionelle filippinske geléer derhjemme med Mr. Gulaman Red. Perfekt til frugtsalater og drikkevarer. Fås nu i Gelderland.
The block is soft and holds its shape nicely in fruit salad. I made a batch with condensed milk and it set perfectly in about an hour, no issues at all.
Made my batch of buko pandan and fruit salad for the family gathering and the jelly set perfectly firm without any extra flavor getting in the way. Just the right amount for one big bowl, and the red color really made the dessert pop.
The red color is just right for fiesta-style drinks, and it sets firm enough to hold fruit cubes without turning mushy. Glad I found it here in Gelderland, my kids already asked for a second batch.
