Laura's Otap Biscuits Ube - obal

The ube flavor is subtle but unmistakable, and the pastry stays crisp right out of the wrapper which I appreciate for snacking. Dunked one in my afternoon coffee and it held up perfectly without getting soggy too fast.

The flaky layers shattered perfectly when I bit into one, and the ube flavor comes through just sweet enough without overpowering the pastry. Dunked a few in my afternoon coffee and they held up better than I expected. Already planning my next order.

My sister brought these over when she visited and I’ve already ordered two more packs. That flaky, sweet pastry with just the right hint of ube disappears fast with my afternoon coffee.
