ديلس مجفف (أنشوجة مجففة) - سمك فلبيني مجفف أصلي

I wasn't expecting the batch to arrive this fresh, but each anchovy is plump and uniformly salted, not mushy at all. They fry up to a shatter-crisp crunch in minutes, and dunked in vinegar with rice, it’s exactly the savory fix I was craving.

Fried these up for dinner tonight and they turned out perfectly golden and crunchy, just like the description promised. Paired with some spicy vinegar and rice, it was the comfort meal I've been craving. Definitely ordering again.

Smells like the real deal from a palengke, and they crisp up beautifully in a hot pan without turning chewy. Paired with spicy vinegar and rice, it’s exactly the comfort food I was craving.
